OTE Corsage & Boutonniere Agreement
Any changes must be made 48 hours prior to pickup. If changes are made after this time period, a $5 fee will be assessed, along with any additional fees incurred. Refunds will not be issued.
We can’t guarantee specific flower type but will do our best to accommodate color.
If customer dislikes the boutonniere and/or corsage and a remake is needed, full price will be charged a second time.
If quality of flowers are not to OTE standards, we will replace at no cost.
OTE cannot guarantee what happens to flowers after they leave the store. Please store boutonniere and/or corsage in a refrigerator (or cool place), away from that coldest spot where it could freeze. We recommend picking up your corsage and/or boutonniere day of the event.
Glue takes a while to set, therefore we recommend placing your corsage order at least 48 hours prior to pickup. We can’t guarantee availability so rush fees will apply if ordered within 48 hours of event.
Failure to pick up without prior notification will require full payment, if not prepaid. Refunds will not be issued.
